My Professional Journey
As Director of Technology at Fletcher Media, I manage the architecture for millions of monthly readers. Previously at Amrock, I led cross-functional senior teams (Dev, SRE, QA) to modernize enterprise IT operations, tripling release frequency and cutting MTTR by 245%.
I leverage Vibe Coding and Agentic AI to prototype and deploy functionality in hours, not weeks. This allows me to remain a ‘Player-Coach’, someone who can design the strategy and then get into the trenches to build the solution.
In 2010 I founded Fan Driven Media and grew Detroit Sports Nation into a multi-million-reader network. Later I started Level 99 Design to deliver fast, SEO-friendly WordPress sites and automated workflows for clients.
What Drives Me
I’m fascinated by the intersection of infrastructure, code, and people. Whether I’m building CI/CD pipelines, migrating a legacy CMS, or designing a clean WordPress architecture, my focus is the same: make tech serve the team, not the other way around.
